NatureSpy are teaming up with North Wales Wildlife Trust for an iWild event with a difference at Aberduna on Saturday the 24th October.
As well as helping NatureSpy set up camera traps to see what animals live here, there will also be the opportunity to get hands-on with limestone grassland restoration with North Wales Wildlife Trust. There will be opportunity to learn about and be involved in both activities, or just one should you prefer!
The event starts at 10am, meeting at the centre of Maeshafn. Bring a pack lunch if you plan on helping with the habitat restoration, which will finish around 2:30pm.
We’ll be back 3 weeks later to see what the camera traps captured. The last North Wales Wildlife Trust site we visited yielding the first iWild record for a polecat, at Coed y Felin in Flintshire – fingers crossed for more surprises here!
