We don't want to spoil the surprise - everything is dispatched in boxes that hide the contents, with nothing on the outside to give them away.

Our normal returns period is also extended until 21st January 2025. Anything bought on or after the 10th November 2024 is covered!

Our warehouse works hard to dispatch any orders received before 2pm each weekday (and some after 2pm!). Your delivery speed will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. 98% of our parcels arrive with wildlife-watchers the next working day.

Please note, bulk orders may occasionally take longer to dispatch, depending on size. If in doubt, get in touch with us, and we'll make it happen.
