Account Information: Your email address (or Apple/Google ID) when you register an account.

Camera Content: No camera photos or videos are stored on our servers, except a single encrypted frame used for motion alerts.

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account.

Connect and operate compatible devices.

Send push notifications.

Provide customer support.

Improve and diagnose the App and its performance.

Perform analytics (using Firebase and Google Analytics).

We do not use your information for marketing purposes.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

Tuya – which provides the backend infrastructure for account management and device connectivity.

Apple and Google – for login and push notification services.

Intercom – if you submit a support request, relevant details may be shared with our customer support system.

App developers working for or with NatureSpy – who help us maintain and improve the App, under strict confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Location

If you register in the EU or UK, your data is stored in the EU.

If you register in the USA, your data is stored in the USA.

5. Your Rights

As a user under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to:

Access the information we hold about you.

Request correction of inaccurate information.

Request deletion of your data.

Withdraw consent for processing (for example, by disabling location services).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data such as motion alert frames. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
