1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NatureSpy mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

The App is provided by NatureSpy, Unit 82A, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom (“NatureSpy”, “we”, “us”).

2. The App and Services

The App allows you to:

Connect compatible camera devices via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Manage and configure your devices.

Receive alerts and notifications.

View and share captured content.

The App is designed primarily for wildlife watching, but you may use it for other lawful personal purposes.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the App, you must register an account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. Accounts are created and managed through Tuya’s infrastructure, which provides the backend service that enables device connectivity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the App to:

Distribute malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, servers, or data.

Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks.

Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

5. Restrictions on Use

You must not:

Copy, redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App.

Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code.

Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the App or devices connected to it.

6. Third-Party Services

Some App functions rely on services operated by third parties, including:

Tuya (backend infrastructure for device connectivity and account management).

Apple and Google push notification services.

We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or performance.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the App or connected devices will always function without interruption, error, or defect.

You are responsible for the setup, positioning, and use of your devices. We are not liable for any missed recordings, false alerts, or improper functioning resulting from incorrect installation, placement, or use.

We are not responsible for any damage to your device if it is misused, mishandled, or modified.

We do not guarantee any specific results in terms of wildlife detection, alerts, or recordings.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, design, and branding, are owned by or licensed to NatureSpy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App solely for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

NatureSpy excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App.

NatureSpy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including (without limitation) loss of data, device damage, or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Age Recommendation

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure by NatureSpy to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published within the App, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
