How to delete your Ursidae account

You can delete your account directly within the Ursidae app:

• Open the Helarctos app
• Go to Settings
• Tap "Delete Account"
• Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account will be deleted immediately.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your email address and authentication credentials
• Your profile information (display name)
• Camera sharing records and permissions
• Camera location data associated with your account

What data is not deleted

Photos and videos you previously downloaded to your device remain on your device
Aggregated, anonymised analytics data that cannot be linked back to you

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app and need your account deleted, please contact us at support@naturespy.org with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
