Account deletion request

If you’d like your NatureSpy app account deleted, its very straightforward to request.

• Go into the NatureSpy app
• Tap ‘Me’ at the base
• Tap the Bolt symbol in the top right
• Tap ‘Account and Security’
• Tap ‘Delete Account’
• Confirm if you want to proceed

Exit the app. If you open and log in to the app within the next 7 days, the request will be cancelled.

After 7 days, your account and all data will be deleted.
